By registering or using any part of the Sorga88 platform, you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and Sorga88 as the platform operator.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, you are advised not to proceed with registration or use of the platform. Continued use after any terms amendment is considered acceptance of the updated terms.

The Sorga88 platform is exclusively available to users who meet all of the following criteria. Sorga88 reserves the right to verify eligibility information at any time.

• Registering as an individual on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other party.
• Not previously or currently banned by Sorga88 from using the platform for any reason.
• Registering and playing in a personal capacity, not as a representative of any organization or business entity.
• Not residing in a jurisdiction where online gambling or betting is prohibited under local law.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account at Sorga88. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual, whether using different information or any other method, is strictly prohibited and may result in closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Sorga88 is not responsible for any losses arising from inaccurate information provided at registration.

• An active phone number reachable for OTP verification.
• Bank account details in your own name for withdrawal processing.
• A strong password – at least 8 characters combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, and numbers.

Members may close their account at any time by contacting the Sorga88 customer support team. Prior to closure, all eligible balances will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures.

Sorga88 reserves the right to suspend or close accounts in the following situations:

• Violation of any provision within these Terms and Conditions.
• False verification or misleading information submitted during registration or the KYC process.
• Suspicious activity indicating potential fraud or money laundering.
• Upon request by the relevant authorities.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months with no transactions.

Any reproduction, duplication, distribution, or modification without written permission from Sorga88 is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Game names, game provider logos, and related trademarks are the property of their respective game providers. Sorga88 features these games under valid licensing agreements.

Sorga88 provides this platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no express or implied warranties regarding the availability, accuracy, or suitability of the platform for any particular purpose.

Sorga88 shall not be liable for:

• Technical disruptions, server downtime, or any data loss resulting from events beyond our control.
• Financial losses arising from game outcomes or betting results.
• Any indirect, consequential, or exemplary losses arising from use of the platform.
• Actions or omissions by third parties, including banks, payment providers, or game providers.

Sorga88's aggregate liability in any case shall not exceed the net deposit amount you made in the 30 days prior to the relevant claim.
